1. Business Discovery Confirmation
Have you completed a full Step 1 Discovery (business model, margins, staff, lead handling)?
Have you identified their best-selling and highest-margin product/service?
Do you know how many leads they can handle daily?
Do you know their follow-up process (manual/automated)?
Have you positioned Ads Genius as a partner, not a service?
2. Access & Setup Requirements
Meta Business Manager Access granted
Ad Account access confirmed or setup initiated
Pixel created and connected to landing page
Domain verified or marked for us to verify
Content access (images, videos, testimonials) provided or agreed for us to create
CRM/WhatsApp connection setup started
Lead notification method confirmed (real-time alert, GHL, WhatsApp)
3. Go-Live Preparation
Landing page copy and design reviewed with client
Ad creatives (UGC + HD strategy) approved or being built
Split test variants planned (3 minimum)
WhatsApp automation tested (if used)
Lead funnel visible to client (if access provided)
Response team briefed or automation in place
4. Contract & Payment
Client has signed Ads Genius contract (1-month minimum or retainer)
Payment received (first month or setup fee)
Invoice issued and saved in client folder
Client confirmed monthly ad budget and payment method added to Meta
5. Final Pre-Launch Checks
Go-Live date confirmed
Internal team assigned (designer, media buyer, automations)
